Quality Assurance Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality or workmanship of your purchase, we will at our discretion, gladly resolve any issue to the best of our ability with no additional shipping cost to you.

One Year Limited Warranty
This warranty covers any defects in workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. Natural abnormalities in the graining or figuring of the wood are not considered to be defects. We are not liable for wood movement due to excessive humidity or dryness as this is a normal occurrence.

We will, at our discretion, gladly fix or replace any product we make, at no charge to you. Your return shipping charges are not included. We are not responsible for abuse, misuse or any acts of God such as floods. We are not liable for products that have been modified by the consumer or for shipping damages.

To obtain warranty service, just contact customer service. We will make arrangements to quickly handle your claim to ensure your satisfaction. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state. Please retain your invoice for proof of purchase.



Terms and Conditions
By submitting your order to us, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please review your order to ensure that you are getting exactly what you want. We don't give full refunds due to buyer's remorse, nor do we guarantee exact color matches. Your satisfaction is important to us and all you need to do is contact us for resolution within 7 days of delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable.


Refund and Exchange Policy for Our Collection of Handcrafted Accent Furniture:
Not Satisfied - If you are not satisfied with the quality of workmanship of your purchase, we will gladly resolve any issue to the best of our ability or exchange it with no additional shipping cost to you.

Mis-ordered - If you have discovered that you picked the wrong item, size or finish color, we will gladly exchange it so that you are satisfied with you purchase. Because these items were custom made to your specifications, refunds and exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Consumer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Cancellations - Orders that are cancelled before the production of your order begins are subject to a 3% fee to recover banking charges. Orders that are cancelled after the production of your order has begun are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus a 3% fee to recover banking charges.

Refund and Exchange Policy for Custom Ordered or Custom Designed Items:
Not Satisfied - If you are not satisfied with the quality or workmanship of your purchase, we will at our discretion, gladly resolve any issue to the best of our ability with no additional shipping cost to you. These items are not exchangeable or returnable for refund because they were custom designed to your specifications.

Mis-ordered - These items are not exchangeable or returnable because they were custom designed to your specifications.

Cancellations - Orders that are cancelled before the production of your order begins are subject to a 3% fee to recover banking charges. Orders that are cancelled after the production of your order has begun are subject to a 25% restocking fee or loss of down payment plus a 3% fee to recover banking charges. Items not paid for upon completion with be put up for sale after 30 days.

Shipping Damages
Please contact us immediately and we will, at our discretion, gladly fix or replace anything that was damaged during shipping, at no additional charge. Damage must be reported and a claim must be made within 3 days of delivery. Please contact customer service to handle your claim. All shipments are insured with the carrier.

Return Shipping

In order to receive a partial credit or to process an exchange, we must receive products back in resalable condition. If a product is sent to us, and damaged during shipment, the customer is responsible for the loss or damage of the product. Credits are not given until received and inspected for shipping damage and condition.

Product Liability

Poplar Street Woodworks assumes no liability once products have left our shop. Poplar Street Woodworks cannot be held liable for potential problems with products that may occur in the consumers home or place of business and is not responsible for any injury, harm or death that might occur with the proper or improper use of our products. Neither can Poplar Street Woodworks be responsible for products suffering from wear and tear, expansion or contraction of woods or joinery due to climatic changes, buyer's remorse, or any other liability whatsoever resulting from the use of the products.
