What does Custom Handcrafted to Order mean?
Everything we sell is made just for you, exactly the way you want it.
Why do you offer so many sizes for your products?
Not everyone’s needs are the same so we offer a variety of sizes, allowing you to get exactly the size you need. If we don't have the size you are looking for, use our Custom Order Form to request the size you would like.
What kinds of woods are available?
We stock White Pine, Red Oak, Hard Maple and Cherry woods. You may also request other wood species such as Quarter Sawn Oak, Bird's Eye Maple, Birch or Walnut with our Custom Order Form.
Why do you offer your products un-finished?
This allows the do-it-yourselfer the opportunity to finish it the way they want.
How do I modify one of your products to make it the way I want?
Pick a product from our furniture collection and use our Custom Order Form to make the changes you would like.
Is this all that you have to sell?
If you're looking for something we don’t have, use our Custom Design Form to request a price quote and we will design and build whatever you like.
How do I install a wall shelf, mantle shelf or display shelf?
They all have a keyhole mounting system with 2 screws anchored into your wall for keyhole brackets to lock into. Instructions and all neccessary hardware are included with your purchase.
How do I match the color of finish with the rest of my furniture?
Getting an exact match is nearly impossible, the same stain can even look different on two pieces of the same kind of wood. All you can do is get into the same ball park, so to speak. We sell samples for you to compare firsthand with what you are trying to match.
Sales and Service
How long does it take to get what I ordered?
Based on our current level of business, small items like shelves take about 4 weeks. Larger items will take about 6-8 weeks. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated completion date.
Will I receive an order confirmation after placing my order?
Yes, within one business day of placing your order. Please review the information for accuracy; if we don't hear from you, we will assume that all information is correct and we cannot be held responsible for errors.
What if I don't like what I ordered?

What if I receive damaged merchandise?
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to report any shipping damage. We will, at our discretion, gladly fix or replace anything that was damaged during shipping. All shipments are insured with the carrier.
How do I check on the progress of my order?
If you would like to check on the status of your order, just email us with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
How do I track my order during shipping?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number to track your order. Instructions on how to track via UPS or FedEx are included on the order tracking page.
