Checking Your Production Status
We will send you an email when production of your order begins with an updated completion date. If you wish, you may check on the status of your order at any time by contacting us at custservice@poplarstwoodworks.com with your order number. When your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number to track your order.
Tracking your order via UPS.com
With the tracking number provided, you can track your package using UPS.com.
Step 1: copy your tracking number from our email
Step 2: go to UPS Tracking
Step 3: paste your tracking number into the box provided and click track
You can also track by email. Send an email message with your UPS Tracking Numbers to totaltrack@ups.com. UPS will send your tracking summary in a reply message.
