Our Shipping Procedures And Order Tracking Information

Shipping Information
We ship almost entirely via UPS. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO addresses or U.S. territories. Our packaging procedures are specialized for safe delivery of all items and are backed by 5 years of shipping experience. All products are bubble wrapped and padded with packing material, some of which is recycled.

Shipping Charges
To see your shipping charges in advance of placing an order, place the desired items into your shopping cart by clicking on the
Add to Cart button or click on the View Cart link found on the top menu bar located above our logo. This will bring up the shopping cart page where you can view all of the items in your cart. Click on "Calculate Shipping and Handling". Select your state and enter your zip code. Select the appropriate shipping method by clicking on the shipping method based on your residential or commercial delivery address and then click on the "Calculate Shipping" button. This will show you shipping charges before placing your order or entering any personal information

Multiple Quantity Orders
You may receive a discount when you buy more that one item on a single order. When your order is finished and packed for shipping, we are usually able to condense the shipping size. We will then get a new shipping price based on the new package size. After we have set up the shipping of your order, we will refund any overpayments to you.

Shipping Damages
Please contact us immediately and we will, at our discretion, gladly fix or replace anything that was damaged during shipping, at no additional charge. Damage must be reported and a claim must be made within 3 days of delivery. Please contact Customer Service to handle your claim. All shipments are insured with the carrier.

Return Shipping
In order to receive a partial credit or to process an exchange, we must receive products back in resalable condition. If a product is sent to us, and damaged during shipment, the customer is responsible for the loss or damage of the product. Credits are not given until received and inspected for shipping damage and condition.

Checking Your Production Status
If you wish, you may check on the status of your order at any time by contacting us at Customer Service with your order number. When your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number to track your order.

Tracking your order via FedEx.com
With the tracking number provided, you can track your package using UPS.com.

Step 1: Copy your tracking number from our email
Step 2: Go to UPS tracking and paste your tracking number into the box provided and click track
