This warranty covers any defects in workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. Natural abnormalities in the graining or figuring of the wood are not considered to be defects. We are not liable for wood movement due to excessive humidity or dryness as this is a normal occurrence. We will, at our discretion, gladly fix or replace any product we make, at no charge to you. Your return shipping charges are not included. We are not responsible for abuse, misuse or any acts of God such as floods. We are not liable for products that have been modified by the consumer or for shipping damages.

To obtain warranty service, contact us at Customer Service. We will make arrangements to quickly handle your claim to ensure your satisfaction. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state. Please retain your invoice for proof of purchase

Due to the wide range of finish colors, sizes and other available options, all of our products are custom made to order. Our current turnaround time on most products is three weeks from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with an estimated completion date after placing your order.

Most orders are shipped using UPS the day after your estimated completion date. If your order is running late, we will notify you by email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping details and a tracking number. All shipments are insured and carefully packed to ensure safe shipment.

Everything we make, is handcrafted from quality hardwoods and are hand-finished by one of our skilled craftsman, who has crafted your order from start to finish.

Unlike mass-produced furniture, our handcrafted accent furniture features durable designs, matched hardwoods, traditional joinery techniques and custom hand finishing. You won't find laminated finishes on particle board here, only quality woods with a true durable finish.
