How do I match a finish color with the rest of my furniture?

Getting an exact match is nearly impossible, the same stain can even look different on two pieces of the same kind of wood. All you can do is get into the same ball park, so to speak. We sell Finish Samples for you to compare first hand with what you are trying to match.

 

How do I modify one of your products to make it the way I want?

If you would like to modify one of our products to better suit your needs, please Contact Customer Care to make a request. This would include custom sizing, finishing or modifications to our designs.

 

How strong are the mounting systems for your products?

We use industry standards to develop our mounting systems and find that both the Keyhole Mounting System and Front Face Mounting system work very well. It is all scientific, simply it is all about downward force and designing the product so that it can't come off the wall.

How secure is your website?

Your safe and secure transactions are SSL encrypted and are processed and guaranteed by GeoTrust. Payment processing for credit and debit cards are processed with our secure checkout. You may also use your PayPal or Amazon Pay account to speed through checkout.

 

What if I miss-ordered?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We are happy to work with you no matter the situation. Orders that are changed or cancelled after production has begun may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25% of the order value.

 

How do I check on the progress of my order?

You may check on the status of your order at anytime by emailing us from our contact page, please include your four digit order identification number, or simply reply to your confirmation email with your query.

 

Will I receive an order confirmation after placing my order?

Yes, within one business day of placing your order. Please review the information for accuracy; if we don't hear from you, we will assume that all information is correct and we cannot be held responsible for errors.

 

 

 

Shipping Questions

 

How do I track my order during shipping?

When your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number to track your order. With the tracking number provided, you can track your package at UPS.com. Simply copy your tracking number from our shipping email and paste it into the box labeled tracking number.

 

How long does it take to get what I ordered?

Our turn around time for production is about two weeks, sometimes a little longer when are really busy. If there is a delay or we are backed up on orders, we will notify you with a production update email.

 

 

Warranty-Returns Questions

 

What if I receive damaged merchandise?

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to report any shipping damage. We will, at our discretion, gladly fix or replace anything that was damaged during shipping. All shipments are insured with the carrier.
