Handcrafted to Order Everything we sell is custom handcrafted to order with your choice of options, by one of our skilled craftsmen, who has crafted your order from start to finish, using quality hardwoods and finishes. Our turn around time for production is about two weeks, sometimes a little longer when are really busy. If there is a delay or we are backed up on orders, we will notify you with a production update email. Orders generally ship one to two days after your completion date. Built to Last Our products are hand-made with traditional joinery techniques, using responsibly sourced furniture grade lumber and high-quality finishes. You won't find any particle board with simulated wood finishes here, everything we make is built to last for years, all backed with our 5 Year Limited Warranty and 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Considerations Our products are made from natural wood, and you can expect a variation in color and wood grain. The products displayed on our website are typical of what you would receive. And even though we professionally photograph our products using artificial light to accurately display the finish color, the product may look slightly different from your screen to seeing it first hand. Sorry, we don't guarantee color matching. Installation We offer two installation methods, available on a variety of our products. Front Face Mounting requires drilling two holes and installing drywall anchors. Item is mounted to wall with supplied screws from the front of the item and the holes are covered with matching wooden plugs. Drywall anchors, wood screws, wooden hole plugs and installation instructions are included with your purchase. Single Keyhole Mounting requires drilling two holes and installing drywall anchors and two wood screws. Item hangs on the exposed screw heads with metal keyhole brackets mounted to the back of the rack. Drywall anchors, wood screws, and installation instructions are included with your purchase. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our products and your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Our products are handcrafted by skilled craftsman using furniture grade lumber and high-quality finishes, and we take great pride in our quality of workmanship. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you may return it to us in like-new condition, for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Five Year Limited Warranty This warranty covers any defects in workmanship for five years from the date of delivery. Natural abnormalities in the graining or figuring of the wood are not considered to be defects. We are not liable for loss of finish color from constant direct sunlight, nor are we liable for wood movement due to excessive humidity or dryness, as this is a normal occurrence. We are not responsible for abuse, misuse, or any acts of God such as floods. Warranty will be void for products that have been modified or improperly installed by the consumer. We will, at our discretion, gladly fix or replace any product we make, at no charge to you. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, but we will ship it back to you free of charge. Please Contact Customer Care to obtain warranty service, and we will make the necessary arrangements to quickly handle your claim. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state. Please retain your invoice for proof of purchase.
