Time to Ship

When you place your order, you are put into a production schedule, and orders are completed in the order that they are placed. Our turn around time for production is about two weeks, sometimes a little longer when are really busy. If there is a delay or we are backed up on orders, we will notify you with a production update email. Orders generally ship one to two days after your completion date and are usually delivered 1-4 days later via UPS Ground depending on the distance from us.

 

Shipping Notice

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping details, estimated delivery date and a tracking number. Email correspondence will come from support@poplastwoodworks.com, please set us as a safe sender to ensure reliable communication from us. If you have not received an email from us, please check your junk email folder.

 

How We Ship

We ship almost entirely via UPS to the United States and Canada. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO addresses or U.S. territories. Our packaging procedures are specialized for safe delivery of all items and are backed by 12 years of shipping experience. All products are bubble wrapped and padded with packing material, some of which is recycled.

 

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number to track your order. With the tracking number provided, you can track your package at UPS.com. Simply copy your tracking number from our shipping email and paste it into the box labeled tracking number.

 

Shipping Damages

Please Contact Customer Care immediately and we will, at our discretion, gladly fix or replace anything that was damaged during shipping, at no additional charge. Damage must be reported and a claim must be made within 3 days of delivery. Please Contact Customer Care to handle your claim. All shipments are insured with the carrier.

 

Return Shipping

In order to receive a partial credit or to process an exchange, we must receive products back in resalable condition. If a product is sent to us, and damaged during shipment, the customer is responsible for the loss or damage of the product. Credits are not given until received and inspected for shipping damage and condition.
